顔の事です。顔全体に肉がついていて、特に頬に肉がついています。なんとかしてとりたいのですが･･･。この知恵袋で色々調べて、『小顔マッサージ』などがあることを知ったのですが、どれが良いのか分かりません。そこで母に聞いてみると、「頬の肉をつまんで引っ張ると脂肪が燃焼するから痩せる」と言っていたのですが、なんだか、たるんでしまうような気がしてやっていません。母が言っている方法で本当に顔は痩せるのでしょうか？母は凄く変わったと言っていました。また、食事制限などのダイエットをした時、痩せていく順番はどうなるのでしょうか？（腹→顔→足→腕みたいな感じでお願いします）顔を痩せさせることが出来た方がいましたら、その方法とどのくらいかかったかを教えていただきたいです。たくさんの質問でスイマセン。500枚差し上げるのでお願いします。
