正しいリンパマッサージについて教えて下さい。 顔のリンパマッサージなのですが、耳の後ろや耳の前のくぼみから、首の真横を降りてきて鎖骨をさする時、 内側から外側（肩先に向かって）であってますか？ テレビなどで見ると、大抵が肩先に向かっているのでそのままやっていましたが、正しいリンパマッサージ法を知りたいと思い色々とサイトを調べて見ると、肩側から内側に向かって、それから脇の下へ流すとか、鎖骨の上をさする・鎖骨の下側をさする…鎖骨を挟んでさする…いろいろあって困ってしまいました。 どれも専門家などのキチンとしたリンパマッサージ特集やホームページです。 専門家といってもピンキリで様々だと思うのですが、本来の正しい方法はどれなんでしょうか？ マッサージ前の鎖骨の正しいほぐし方と、フェイスからの首の真横を通って、脇の下へ流す一連のくだりを正しく教えて下さい。よろしくお願い致します。
