アロママッサージとリンパマッサージについてお聞きします。自分自身疲労が酷く、ストレスもあって初めてマッサージを受けました。もともとハーブ系の香りは苦手なのですが、施行後はすごくスッキリして、今ではかなりハマっています。そこで質問なのですが、開業目的ではなく、家族や友達にもやってあげたいのですが、やはり学校とかに通った方がいいのでしょうか？それとも体験入学や本などを参考に自分なりの方法でも構わないのでしょうか？また『アロマオイルを使ったリンパマッサージ』と理解しているのですが、違いがあれば重ねて教えて下さい。よろしくお願いします。
