脚のリンパマッサージについて慢性的に脚のムクミが酷く、間接や膝に激痛が走り、立つ事も歩くことも困難でした。（ムクミに関しては、1日で体重が1～2㎏増減するくらいです）その時、テレビで見たリンパマッサージを試しにやってみたら、驚くほど効果があり、今までの痛みがウソのように消えました。相当、リンパの流れが悪くなっていたと思うのですが…ムクミや膝・関節の痛みは定期的に起こるので、これからもマッサージを続けたいと思っています。今は、素手で脚をマッサージしているだけなのですが、何か良い方法や器具などはないでしょうか？（着圧式のソックスタイプのものは、内出血が起こるので医師に止められています）
