生理中のリンパマッサージについて知りたい事があります。生理中にリンパマッサージを行うと血液の巡りがよくなり、出血の量が多くなると書いてありました。生理の血は、子宮内膜から剥がれ落ちたものですよね。それだったら、量が多くなると言うのはどういうことになのでしょうか？子宮内膜がある分だけ、出血すると思っていたので、もし普通の血も関係してくるのであれば、話は分かるのですが＾＾；それか、そのマッサージをしたら、たくさん出血して、普通１週間で生理が終わるのが、４日、５日と短縮されたりするという意味なのでしょうか？どなたか知っていらっしゃる方いらっしゃいましたら教えていただけませんか？
